The Q326 Vejigante Upcycled Jorts are a one-of-one pair of reconstructed black denim jorts combining Puerto Rican cultural influence with an oversized contemporary streetwear silhouette.
Originally constructed as full-length jeans, the denim has been cut, widened, and reconstructed into an extra-baggy 3/4-length fit that extends below the knee. Added side panels create more volume through the legs while giving the jorts their distinctive relaxed shape. A custom reconstructed hem allows the denim to fall naturally, creating a silhouette somewhere between oversized jorts and capri jeans.
The centerpiece is a bold Vejigante-inspired graphic, drawing from one of Puerto Rico’s most recognizable cultural figures. White and gold artwork contrasts against the washed black denim, while additional graphic details extend into the reconstructed panels. A subtle embroidered detail and Alegend Studio branding complete the piece.
Each garment is individually altered and reconstructed, making every pair unique.
